Back On Track Together
I'e been bad but not really bad....
AS you may or may not know, as I have no idea if I have posted here or not...but MY TREADMILL BROKE!!! They can't come out until 6/1 to "look at it" and give me as estimate! Lord onky knows how long it will take to actually fix it. *sigh* That being said, I didn't get in all my walking, It turned way to cold here AGAIN!! I did pay attention to my calories and did not over indulge and I will NOT indulge while I have no treadmill. It just makes it so hard to motivate myself to do move in the mornings! In the dark, I'm not going outside to walk, I tried to fire up the WII and do some aerobics or zumba but you know, there is no floor movement that makes you move your legs to keep from falling down!!
Ok. I'm done whining....Today my eats
Breakfast - Yogurt
Snack - apple
Lunch - big ole lettuce salad with hard boiled eggs,
Snack - yogurt celery
Dinner - hamburger patty and green beans with a salad.
Pray for me foiks this is going to be a hard road without my treadmill!
