Hello BOTT friends,
Posting yesterday's events today, and I hope everyone who is a mom, or nurtures a child like a mom, had a wonderful and happy Mother's Day. Mine was busy, starting with making a pancake, bacon and eggs breakfast for 6 (excluding myself because I don't eat them). But my kids bought me a brand new laptop, and I spent the rest of the day relaxing with family.
Yesterday I ate:
B: 1 and 1/2 strips reg bacon, 1 strip turkey bacon, 1 and 1/2 c fresh strawberries
S: protein shake made with 6 ozs 1% milk
L: 2 chicken Italian sausage links on sandwich thin with mustard
S: 1/2 oz roasted peanuts
D: 6 ozs meatloaf on sandwich thin, 1 sl cheese, 1 dill pickle spear
Didn't get my bike workout in, but I will make up for that today.
