Morning all....it's tough its really tough without my treadmill!  The first I can get someone out to my house to look at it and give me an estimate on what it will cost to fix is JUNE 1ST!!! I have no idea how long after that it will be before they come back and actually fix it!  I did figure out that I my brain does not function well enough at 5 AM to do the aerobics.  Walking on the treadmill, my brain can do that on auto pilot!!!  Aerobic???!!!?? Jeez the brain has to actually think and do exactly what the tv screen is showing!!  Too much for my brain at that time of the morning.  So I walk more at work, not the same but at least I am moving and when I get home, I'm cleaning out a closet or a cabinet in order to keep moving.  I am doing good too!!!  I am down another pound!  24 of em since 3/7/2013!!  Not bad for 2 months of healthy living and it's not been all that hard.  Wish I could have retrained my brain earlier

Ya'll have a great day....I haven't figured out my eats yet for the day..but it will be protein and under 1300 calories.. :)

Congratulations on your weight loss, that is awesome!  Sometimes if I can not get out to walk, I walk circles in my house.  The main thing is to move and do.  You are doing great!

Congrats on your 1 pound down!

Do you have a safe neighborhood to walk in?  Or a track near by?   Maybe that would be an option until your treadmill is up and going?

Weight at time of Surgery: 278.   Lowest Weight 178.   Current weight 187.0.  Goal: 160.
