Thursday's Child.....

I should have known when I couldn't get my earring in the right way this morning that it was going to be a doozie!   However, it was all good :)  I got up at 4:45 made my coffee and walked for 30 minutes!  Wow did that go by without my looking at the clock every 3 mintues!!  Time to step up the difficulty and walk up hill!.  Hubby didnt get up with this morning (which is fine) so I enjoyed the soak in the hot tub alone, communing with nature and God and concentrating on me :) Now because I decided to be a "Boho" granny I took the time to pick out my jewelry for the day, nice chunky colorful dangly stuff...and put on the flowing dress which took up my posting time! So I'm a bit late..lol  Got my stuff together and hit the door at 6:45 headed to work!

Breakfast - Yogurt with added protein

Lunch - Lettuce salad with tuna added along with the favorite fat free ranch dressing

Snack - Apple with yogurt

Dinner - not sure I know I'll have a salad because that is a filling low calorie side but as to the main protein most likely a New York Strip, but only 3 oz serving so I can have a before bed snack of 

CRACKERS AND CHEESE!!

Hope everyone had a great day! Cuz I sure did!!!  Looking at my Health Tracker, only 63 more lbs to go!!! Yeah me!  I know I'll hit that goal by this time next year ( I do know how to be realistic) and 

LET'S ALL "LIVE TO LIVE"

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Tired this evening, babysat my 5 yr old granddaughter after school.  She worked out with me this evening, and is quite the gymnast.  Got my recumbent bike workout in while watching her do her thing, 42 minutes covering 4.8 miles.  Going to start working more vigorously and increase my speed if my back allows.

Today I ate:

 

B:  4 strips turkey bacon, mixed vegs (squash, peppers, green beans) with 1 tbsp grated parmesan

S:  protein shake made with 6 ozs 1 % milk and 1 tbsp half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds

L:  grilled chicken leg and wing (skinless), apple

S:  1/2 oz natural almonds, 2 ozs grilled chicken breast strips

D:  1c  tuna salad made with 1 tbsp light and 1.5 tsps regular mayo on sandwich thin
