Friday's Dance!!!!
Hooray!! It's time for the Friday Dance!!! Get your feet to tapping and move! I've been up, walked for 30 minutes, stepped up my pace by a 1/2 mile per hour so I gave myself a great workout. Feels good to make progression on the walk. 2 months ago I struggled to walk 30 minutes at a 1.5 mph and now I'm breezing through 2.0 mph which is why I moved it to 2.5 per hour. Not blazing but faster!!
Got my breakfast/lunch/snack bag packed and I'm headed to work
Breakfast - Yogurt with extra protein mixed in
Lunch - Big ole salad with with Fat Free Ranch, (hmmm next time I'm mixing in the proten powder and see how that taste)
Snack Yogurt, Cheese and Crackers and an apple
don't know if I'll eat all of that for a snack, may do some of it in the salad
Dinner- Surprise, don't know what my hubby has planned yet but I will measure it and eat only the allotted calories :)
Remember, we LIVE to LIVE, we do not LIVE for anything else because without our life, we can't enjoy the children, the grandchildren our spouse, our sister's our brother's our neighbors our nature and our God. Ain't LIFE grand!?!?!
I'm doing the Friday dance as well. It's absolutely beautiful outside today. Already got a 20 minute walk in this morning before work. Planning on another one after dinner with the dog. Trying to do more movement throughtout the day...including some stretching. Just working on posture while I'm at my desk seems to be helpful.

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Busy today as always, lately. It's 1 a.m., so I'm gonna cut to the chase. Got my bike workout in this evening, 35 minutes covering 4.1 miles. Actually, I was so worn out from being up most of the night, and getting up early this morning, that I had decided to skip the bike tonight. But I had to do something, so I hopped on and it just worked itself out.
Today I ate:
B: 2 eggs, sandwich thin w/1 tbsp whipped butter, apple slices
S: protein shake made with SF International coffee, 1/2 oz natural almonds
L: grilled chicken thigh (skinless)
D: grilled chicken breast (skinless), 1c cooked kale
S: protein shake made with 1c 1% milk, 1 oz roasted peanuts
Have a good night friends :)
