May 11 and it's snowing, frost and freeze advisory tonight. Poor little flowers were just starting to bloom. I've not been posting very often the last few weeks, pink eye has turned into a pretty nasty double eye infection where I had LASIK years ago. if 4th med doesn't clear it up by Wednesday I'll have to have surgery. Does seem to be working finally. Posting on my phone has been a bit trying to say the least. I've been doing really well with food plan, exercising, fluids, vitamins, etc though.

B protein coffee,Vitatop then did Zumba Circuit 9-9:45
S Zone Perfect bar then did Zumba 10-11
L romaine with buffalo chicken & blue cheese dressing
D chili, sautéed zucchini & yellow squash
S probably 1/2 an apple with peanut butter

In case I don't post tomorrow, happy Mother's Day to all the moms!!!! Have a very special day, you deserve it 😃

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Boy, the forum is empty lately.  Guess everyone is busy enjoying whatever warmth comes their way with this very late spring.  Actually, I'm rather enjoying the weird coolness.  I hate bugs, and I'm basically a winter person.  Summer is the worst season of the year for me, except for fishing.  But I know there are those who haven't had much of a break from Old Man Winter, and I'm sending warm thoughts your way, hoping you get a break soon.

Feeling great today...broke that wicked plateau I'd been on for the last 2 weeks, and all is well.  Got my recumbent bike workout in for 33 minutes, covering 3.5 miles, then did my strength workout for 45 minutes.  Today I ate:

 

B:  4 strips turkey bacon, 1 c fresh strawberries

S:  protein shake made with 1c 1% milk and lots of ice (was thick like a Wendy's Frosty and soooo good), 10 natural almonds

L:  5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 sl cheddar, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, lots of lettuce, tomato

S:  1/2 c tuna salad (made with light mayo)

D:  meatball "sub" on sandwich thin w/marinara, peppers, mushrooms and 2 tbsps grated parmesan

 

Time for late night Chiller movies.  Goodnight friends :)
