Vitamins yes
Protein shake. Made it but didn't drink it
Afternoon protein. No had sweet snack instead
Water for drive home. Had it with me but I drank ginger ale
Lights out by 1015. Nope
Reflection. Went to bed very tired woke up late, running late in morning
Didn't have my lacto free milk for my protein shake so I made with regular milk. I hesitated drinking it and didn't have straws
Note to self. Have my latco free milk. And extre straws in the house
Ate breakfast in cafeteria and bought cookies.
Protein in the morning sets me up for stable blood sugar levels and better food decisions all day long. Each choice sets up the next one. Either in the positive or negative direction. It has its own momentum.
This weekend I am going to create a signature block with my weight and goals.
