AM Vitamins. - yes
AM Proteins shake - yes

Late afternoon Protein snack - yes
Drive home water bottle - yes

Bedtime - lights out by 10:15pm - not yet

We all have to do what we have to do to succeed!! Each of us have to ultimately find the tools that work of us..(tools other than the surgery).  I know I have to log as I put it in my mouth...so I can look at how many calories I have left for the day...and think about what I truly WANT to eat..:)  Then I have to post every day!!!

Remember, we need to LIVE to LIVED!!
