Getting up was easy this morning - probably because I went to sleep last night at 8 pm.  Once up and a cup of coffee in hand....I did hop on the treadmill.  THANK GOD for audio books! My body didn't want to really walk this morning but my mind did..go figure..lol  Nothing hurt, it was just sayng after 2 days of sleeping in, it was saying "NOT NOW" the audio book assisted in getting it done!  Love the hot tub in the morning and this day my hubby joined me so we had another great commune!

Yesterday, I did have a few too many calories, mainly because I fixed some homemade soup and didn't measure the amount of rice I put in and the rice was the high calorie item and that starch isn't all that good for me.  Makes me want to eat more...which I did!  The good thing is that I had a salad with fat free 25 calorie per serving, and then through out the evening, I had non fat yogurt.  So even though I ate too much due to that rice, I only went over my 1300 calories by 300 so still way below the amount needed to maintain my current weight...cuz gosh! who wants to maintain THIS current weight!

Today, a protein shake for breakfast, salad with tuna for lunch, apple and yogurt for a snack.  Will wait and see what is in the kitchen for dinner..lol  But will keep it under 1300 calories.

Everyone have a great day and LIVE TO LIVE!!

Nice day so far. Blue sky... I know it will not last - more rain is coming.

I am at work, and will do my best to stay awake.  After work I get acupuncture session ... and as much as I hate needles - I love how I feel after them.
