Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Atkins protein bar
S: Unjury protein shake, ½ cup Gardetto’s snack mix
L: Spaghetti and meat sauce, 3 Hershey mini’s
S: Atkin Protein Bar
D: 1 slice of pepperoni pizza
S: none
TOTALS: 1546 Calories, 95g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 183 (Height: 5’ 7”)
VITAMINS & WATER: Every day I take 2 children’s chewable vitamins, 1 each of Super B Complex, Biotin, Folic Acid, Iron, Calcium Citrate +D, and drink 8 cups of water.
EXERCISE: Every day I walk at least 20 minutes and do 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises and stretches. These are my “intentional exercises” I do in addition to house work, grocery shopping, etc. (if your body is moving then it counts as exercise)

Angela, I was wondering about Tess also. Praying everything is alright and she is on her way to a full and uneventful recovery.
Went to lunch with my daughters at a Mexican restaurant today. Couldn't find much to eat due to such high carbs (very low carb is my preference at this phase of my eating plan), so I decided on fish tacos. The tilapia was grilled, and there were 3 big flour tortillas containing the fish and lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro as a salad. I just added the fish to the vegs and topped it with a little salsa, throwing out the tortillas. Needless to say, it was not the greatest, and I have had much better fish tacos. So I'm calling this a "fish salad".
Did my recumbent bike workout tonight for 47 mins, covering 5.5 miles. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon
S: protein shake made w/coffee and 1/3 c 1% milk, 1/2 oz natural almonds
L: above "fish salad", coffee with splenda and 2 tbsps half&half
S: 1 and 1/2 c cooked kale
D: 6 ozs homemade lean beef meatballs w/onions, peppers, mushrooms in marinara w/2 tbsps parmesan
S: apple or Light & Fit yogurt (possible LNS)
