L: Deli chicken breast & cheddar on whole wheat bread
S: none
D: Baked breaded chicken breast, baked French “fries”
S: Vitacake
TOTALS: 1259 Calories, 116g Protein

B: Dannon lite and fit greek yogurt, Bannana, and chia seeds
S: Pure protein bar
L: grilled chicken salad with greens, Tomatos, cucs, peppers, and FF italian dressing
S: Dannon lite and fit greek yogurt with blueberries
D: chix with one lasanga noddle pinwheel with soybean salad
S: SF and FF hot choclate with skim milk
Workout: thirty minutes of cardio mixed with arms
Good evening, BOTT friends,
Just finished my recumbent bike workout for 40 mins, covering 4.3 miles and arms workout with bands for 30 mins. Tired tonight, but gotta do what I gotta do :) Today I ate:
B: eggbeaters omelet with chicken sausage, onions, peppers, 1 slice ultra thin cheddar and salsa
S: protein shake made with coffee and 1 tbsp half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds
L: 5 oz lean beef burger, 1 slice ultra thin cheddar on sandwich thin with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/4 dill spear
S: Quest protein bar
D: 5 ozs leftover homemade pulled chicken barbeque, 1 c cooked kale
