My Thursday Morning.

My Thursday Morning is just great!  I feel wonderful...my pizza fest left me stable, no gain no loss which is great!  Yesterday evening though I had neck pain and a headache, once I got up, very late, I was able to walk at 2pm.  Kept my calories under 1300 and ate good protein, chicken breast simmered in spaghetti sauce with a salad.  Not sure what my food choices will be today but I do know, protein and 1300 calories :)  Everyone have great day!

Way to be consistent:)

I was almost derailed by morning meeting bagels...I only ate a quarter.  Need to focus on carbs and supplements the rest of the day!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

My Thursday was busier than yesterday.  I ate well, but didn't get in all of my water, and didn't get a chance to do my bike workout tonight.  It's almost 1:30 am, and I just got back home, have to get back up at 5:30, so it's off to bed.  Today I ate:

 

B:  protein shake with 1/2 c 1% milk and small banana, 1/2 oz natural almonds

S:  1/2 c leftover spaghetti sauce with lean beef,  apple

L:  2 grilled skinless chicken legs, 3/4 c Brussels sprouts

S:  1 1/2 ozs low sodium turkey breast 

D:  grilled skinless chicken breast, small cup Taco Bell pintos and cheese
