Back On Track Together

May Day..

Ok...trying to switch my walking to after work rather than in the morning, is NOT working.  I am going back to getting up early for my 30 minutes of walking.  I am much more motivated at 5 am than I am at 5 pm.  Plus, weight loss is faster if you exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and then eat an hour later.  I know there are more day light hours now at this time of year...and I know I NEED 8 hrs of sleep each night which means going to sleep at 9 pm which means the sun is still up and there is lots to do living on the river...BUT I choose to LIVE TO LIVE. That means a sacrifice on my part but that's just part of living :) So, back to the morning routine, and back to documenting that routine here with my fellow BOTT'ers!

Have a great day!

WTG on identifying what works for you.  There are so many benefits to starting your day with exercise...I am a night owl and do much better at night.

In my 20's I was able to workout in the evenings.  Now in my 40's too tired at the end of the day to workout.  Keep up the good work!!  I wish I could sleep 8 hours.  I usually get in about 6 to 7 and that is great because even if I go to bed early I wake up in 6 to 7 hours and can not go back to sleep.
