That is just wrong. It is May and it is cold, in SC. I have heat going. Weird. Just weird. It rains and rains. The cat has a cabin fever...I slept over 12 hrs . I am finally up and getting to wake up. The low barometric pressure affect me every time.
Yesterday was also cold and rainy. We managed to get out and saw a chiropractor. Then I stopped at a thrift store and bought bunch of clothes. The store was one of the little more pricey one, but it carries some of name label items, and I had a groupon for the store. I bought 100 worth of items but I only really spent 50 on that. I got a couple of dresses, a bunch of shirts, pants, scarfs, some books and some other items. On 2-3 of the outfits I bought, (talbots) I would have spent more than $100 in a normal store.
Eats was OK, but I did not get enough proteins. Still the scale showed 3 lbs gain since yesterday.... Weird...

Today I will take it easy. I need to drink more proteins (solid food hurts) to make up for yesterday.

Eats:
Coffee
Protein shake
Protein shake
Egg drop soup
Yogurt with protein
Maybe some fish and veggies

Nuts as a snack.

Aaah  well here in SW Michigan it is sunny and wonderful today..but keep in mind we have had a long long long winter.  It started last October and we are still having cold rainy days...so today is wonderful!  We are just hoping it will be boat weather by Memorial Weekend so all the grandkids will enjoy the river again this year!!  

 

I slept in today, woke up at 5 am same as normal and rolled over and went back to sleep!  Actually got up at 10 am and then I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes and my hubby and I soaked in the hot tub in the glorious sunshine after that.  Wonderful Sunday morning communing with nature God and each other.  Next, time to clean the kitchen and start the laundry since I didn't do it yesterday hahaha.  

Now I'm sitting here wondering what to have to eat...since I haven't had anything yet today.  I won't eat until a minimum of 1 hour has past since exercising.  I read in an article from prevention magazine that to loose weight, exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and do not eat your full breakfast for at least an hour.  

Breakfast ok today it's Brunch - 3 egg omlete with 1/2 oz pepper jack cheese with a tbl spoon of salsa...big protein and only 275 calories...

Snack:  Celery Sticks(I have to have crunch during the day)

Lunch or can we call it lunner lol - Salad with tuna and fat free Ranch..again Lots of protein and only 160 calories

Snack:  Apple

because I got up late, I will have a smoothie protein shake total calorie 250 hmm..that's only 700 total calories so I will have a bit more some place because I do not short myself...I generally have 1300 calories per day...because I want to be sure that this weight I loose stays off! Because I do LIVE TO LIVE!!

You did so well... Way to go... One day I will have more energy to exercise. I am working hard on that. Thanks for happy reminder that it can be done.

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Just got a chance to relax my nerves and workout on my recumbent bike.  I got in 67 mins, covering 8 miles!  Feeling really great, even though by all standards, I should be pooped.  I'll wind down later while watching late night TV.  Wish I was on the fishing pier :(

Today I ate:

 

B:  protein shake made with 1 c 1% milk, 6 natural almonds

S:  apple

L:  3 oz lean beef burger with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup,  1 c cooked kale

S:  1 c fresh strawberries, 4 ozs Light & Fit yogurt

D:  homemade pulled chicken barbeque on sandwich thin,  1/2 c cooked kale
