Good Morning Botts:
I woke up this morning with a severe pain in my right hip area. Took a 1/2 pain pill and took another nap. I feel better now. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Toaster Pastry
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Pineapple
Dinner: Cheese Pizza
Snack: Protein Pudding

Early Morning: 2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer
B: Atkins protein bar
S: Unjury protein shake
L: meatloaf, apple
S: none
D: Chili and crackers
S: Vitacake
TOTALS: 1451 Calories, 106g Protein
WEIGHT: Pre-Op: 302, Current: 183 (Height: 5’ 7”)
VITAMINS & WATER: Every day I take 2 children’s chewable vitamins, 1 each of Super B Complex, Biotin, Folic Acid, Iron, Calcium Citrate +D, and drink 8 cups of water.
EXERCISE: Every day I walk at least 20 minutes and do 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises and stretches. These are my “intentional exercises” I do in addition to house work, grocery shopping, etc. (if your body is moving then it counts as exercise)
I didn't have a chance to work out until 10:00 last night, but I did it and went 40 minutes on the treadmill. Then I had a snack while I cooled off and tried to wind down. I turned around and walked again early this morning, so I'm a bit tired today but at least it's out of the way. Oh, and I was down another 3.8 pounds for a total of 17.5 pounds so far! I created my ticker but can't figure out how to get it into my signature (I could search this but anyone have any quick tips?)
B - Protein coffee
S - ½ c Kashi Go Lean cereal, ½ an apple
L - 2 hard boiled eggs, ½ apple, 1 T natural peanut butter
S - Dannon Lite & Fit Greek Yogurt with 1 T raw pumpkin seeds
D - Steak w/mushrooms & onions, broccoli, angel food cake w/strawberries (it's my birthday)
S - Quest bar if hungry
Morning vitamins taken, 96 ounces of fluids in so far
B: dannon lite and fit greek yogurt with a bannana and chia seeds
S: pure protein bar
L: grilled chicken salad with lite balsamic dressing. Fun size hershey bar
S: vinallia yogurt with blackberries
D: Veggie and ground turkey bake
S: healthly choice frozen greek yogurt with honey .... OMG YUM!
Work out 30 minute jog with the dog and abs.

Another crazy busy day, but got my bike workout in this evening. Tess, and Angela...got the Unjury protein shake today and I love it! It does taste just like chocolate milk when mixed with milk (I used what I had on hand, 1%, but will probably use it more with coffee and ice).
Bike workout done this evening for 32 mins, covering 4.3 miles. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 1/2 c eggbeaters, 1 slice ultra thin cheddar on sandwich thin
L: protein shake made with 1/2 c 1% milk, 1 c fresh strawberries
S: 1 low fat string cheese, 1 c fresh strawberries
D: 6 ozs grilled sirloin with sauteed onions and mushrooms, 3/4 c mixed vegs
S: protein shake made with 1 c 1% milk
