Weekly Mini Goal Challenge 04/29-05/05
My goals, are always the same...
1. Diet - good calories and keep it at 1300
2. Walk 30 minutes every day
3 Drink lots of water.
The hardest for me is the walking...but I'm working at it..:) The next issue is when the hubby just has to have pizza...that is one thing I can't not eat lol So yesterday, I only made 1 out of the 3 goals.....over slept and just couldn't fnd a time to walk yesterday, hubby had to have the pizza HAHAHA
Update so far....I've been busy. Haven't made the YMCA workouts but I've compensated with extra walking & unexpected spring cleaning for company coming in this weekend. I'm talking dusting the baseboards, flipping mattresses...the whole nine yards.
I won bowling and tennin on the Wii Monday night but I could not come close to beating him in Golf and baseball. I got a great workout just from the belly laughs that I had going on.
Bring on the weekend. I'm ready for it!!!
