Good evening, BOTT friends,
So my pc is acting normally again, and there's no C&C for today, so I'm posting one. Tess, I pray that you are feeling better, and I hope everyone enjoyed a great Saturday.
I got my first steamed blue crabs for this year this afternoon, and I had to stop myself tonight after eating 5. That's approximately 10 ozs of crabmeat (3 ozs is the estimated amount of meat found in one large blue crab). Mine were smaller, and all females. That's an estimated 290 cals, and a whopping 51g of protein!! And no...I don't use butter, don't want it, and don't need it. The meat is so sweet on it's own, and a little hot sauce and vinegar makes it good too.
Got my recumbent bike workout in for 45 mins, covering 5 miles. Today I ate:
B: 3 strips turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 thin slice cheddar cheese on sandwich thin
S: 1/3 protein bar, 2 strips turkey bacon
L: 1/2 KFC grilled chicken breast and 1 small leg (skin removed), apple slices
S: protein shake made with 1 c SF vanilla international coffee, 1 tbsp half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds
D: 5 steamed blue crabs
