Good evening BOTTS! We had a mixed bag of cold, cloudy, snow, wind, rain and finally sun today. Saw several hawks and our resident bald eagle - awesome! Tough couple days with double eye, sinus & respiratory infection, also causing headaches and asthma. No exercise yesterday and today, hopefully tomorrow. Took our little guy to kindergarten roundup today - definitely mixed emotions!

B protein coffee
L shaved ham, sugar snap peas
D steak, sweet potato, salad
S protein pudding

Did well on vitamins, fluids. How did you do today?

B: Yougurt and bannana with coffee

S: pure protein bar

L: Grilled chicken salad with lite balsamic dressing. Fun siz hershey bar

S: hadful of trail mix and a few sal****er taffy

D: BBQ pulled pork and red beets

S: SF hot choclate with skim milk

Thank you so much for those who post every day.  Do you post your planned menu in the morning or at night time.  I look at your meals and get ideas on what i should/can have.

late B- cottage cheese and fruit

L- taco meat/shrimp/cheese veggies

D-  I was at a travel dinner-  chix parm, salmon, green beans

Maybe not the best, but trying!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

@hamchs2...I post every day, usually late night.  I don't post my meals until I've eaten them because my plan may change at any minute.  If I don't post by the end of the day, it's usually because of pc problems, then I'll post on the next day under the same C&C date.

 

My day was hectic, and my eating was hours off.  Still awaiting my protein bars from Quest, and hopefully, they'll get here by tomorrow.  I ate breakfast this morning, and a bite of protein here and there, and I mean a bite...like 1/2 oz on the run.  That bar would've been right on time.

I got my recumbent bike workout in this evening at 32 minutes, covering 4 miles. Still working on my water, and will be doing so until I fall asleep around 1 or 2 a.m.  Today I ate:

 

B:  4 strips turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 1/2 c fresh strawberries

L:  protein shake made w/coffee and 2 tbsps half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds

S:  1/2 c fresh strawberries, 1/2 oz slice low sodium deli ham

D:  KFC grilled chicken leg and wing (skin removed), 1 c cooked kale

S:  1/2 KFC grilled chicken breast (skin removed)

Trying is what counts, and you're doing that, so give yourself a big pat on the back!  Be encouraged :)

I usually post at the end of the day. I have a plan the night before but my snack might become my lunch, I might not eat my morning snack, etc. Plus with two young children, I have the time after they've gone to bed. With Tess recuperating, I've posted my plan a few times in the morning knowing something would likely change.
