Thank you so much for those who post every day. Do you post your planned menu in the morning or at night time. I look at your meals and get ideas on what i should/can have.

late B- cottage cheese and fruit
L- taco meat/shrimp/cheese veggies
D- I was at a travel dinner- chix parm, salmon, green beans

@hamchs2...I post every day, usually late night. I don't post my meals until I've eaten them because my plan may change at any minute. If I don't post by the end of the day, it's usually because of pc problems, then I'll post on the next day under the same C&C date.
My day was hectic, and my eating was hours off. Still awaiting my protein bars from Quest, and hopefully, they'll get here by tomorrow. I ate breakfast this morning, and a bite of protein here and there, and I mean a bite...like 1/2 oz on the run. That bar would've been right on time.
I got my recumbent bike workout in this evening at 32 minutes, covering 4 miles. Still working on my water, and will be doing so until I fall asleep around 1 or 2 a.m. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, 2 eggs, 1/2 c fresh strawberries
L: protein shake made w/coffee and 2 tbsps half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds
S: 1/2 c fresh strawberries, 1/2 oz slice low sodium deli ham
D: KFC grilled chicken leg and wing (skin removed), 1 c cooked kale
S: 1/2 KFC grilled chicken breast (skin removed)
