Afternoon my lovely botts:

It has been one week since I had my surgery and I am finally feeling a lot better.  Went for a check up today and my doctor removed one of my drains, 8 staples and 6 tension sutures.  Can we say FUN!!!  I got home and took a heavy duty pain pill and rested the rest of the day.  My appetite has been down so I have been eating a lot of crackers with my medications.  I am currently in "swell hell" but my doctor did an awesome job.  He made my tummy tuck flatter and my booty smoother.  My thighs look pretty good too.  I will post some pictures soon so you can see the great job he did.  I have been reading the posts and keeping up with everyone.  I will be back on again full time in a few more days.  I hope everybody continues to do a great job on their journaling.  Have a great Friday tomorrow.

Good evening, BOTT friends,

Great to see your post, Tess, and happy that you're up and about and feeling better.  We've been keeping the home fires burning.  I intended to start today's C&C, but didn't get online to post today's eats until now, and it's going on midnight here.  So you beat me to it :)

I'm still going strong with the new eating plan, working out, and losing.  I started here on Feb.26, doing the 5day pouch test, and weighing 238 lbs.  (weight day of surgery was 344, lowest wt 167, regained 71 lbs over the years, but hovered between 200-210 for the majority).  Today's weight is 215, and I am a happy camper!

I got my water in, my bike workout in for 32 mins, covering 4.1 miles, and today I ate:

B:  1 egg, 1 chicken sausage link on sandwich thin with 1/2 oz cheddar cheese

S:  protein shake made w/coffee, 2 tbsps half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds

L:  3 ozs low sodium turkey breast, 1 c fresh strawberries

D:  6 ozs lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup,  small dill pickle spear

S:  1 c fresh strawberries

Watching late night TV now.  Good night to all :)
