1st goal reached for this year!
1st goal reached!! In October 2012 I re-charged myself and I am finally finding my way. I have lost 31 pounds from my regain to 388 pounds. My highest weight was 611 and my lowest weight was 302. I stayed around 320 for a year or so and started regaining to the tune of of about 70 pounds.
In October 2012 I re-set my goals and started weighing in most days. Now I weigh almost every single day and this has helped me. I don't beat myself up and I finally know I do not have to be perfect either to be healthier and successful.
Last week was the 1st day I have weighed under 360 pounds in a long time -- and I am determined to keep going. I have had enough ups and downs to know what works for me and I am going to keep doing it. I know I will have some more ups and downs along the way but no worries I will not stay down long... I am down to 357 today.
Now I am striving for my next goal which is under 340!
AWESOME!! What are you finding works best for you? Do you preplan, time your meals, set daily goals? I find a written plan works best with me, give me choice and I just can't cope. I am so thankful to hear your success, losing regain is possible and hearing such a story makes my heart sing for there is hope! I'm doing the bounce right now, up some, down some, rinse lather and repeat, but you have given me some faith that it can work.
