Mini Goals check in for Monday.....How did you do yesterday?
My goals this week:
1. Keep my calories in the green 6 days
2. Go to bed by 11:05 four days
3. Eat 1 veggie servings 5 days
Monday check-in:
1. 0/6

3. 0/5
5. 20+ min exercise - 1 days
6. 8+ cups of water - 1 days
Did not do too well today. I did get in a short walk and 8 glasses of H20. Tomorrow is another day

3. 64 oz water , 3 days - - NOPE - didn't yesterday or today. Tomorrow I'm going to use an old strategy that I used to use that I have to drink a plain bottle of water before I can drink something I want throughout the day.

Good job Trudy!! what else do you drink other than water and maybe tea? I drink water and skim or 1% milk. Keep up the good work!
