Been away for a while.......(waving)

Hello all,

I have been away a while and ready to re-focus. I will come here to make mini goals each Monday: I see a few familiar faces and many new faces too. Life has been rough but ready to get my health in tip top condition. Looking for some support. Not sure how much support is still here but I guess I will see.

You may need to upload a new explorer - We have a lot of issue with this new version... but with new E the new version works much better. I uploaded a " Chrome" internet browser and now I have much less issues.
