Woke up to snow again!!! Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humor. Did Zumba Circuit at 9:00, then kids to haircuts, then groceries. Lots of great veggies, some fruits and even a few complex carbs. Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. Nourish, hydrate, and move your body!

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Just a short post of my eats for today. Didn't get a bike workout in today, but that's alright. I plan for at least 30 minutes 7 days a week, but if I have to let a day go, I will. I'm still anal, but getting a little better :)
B: protein shake made with 5 ozs 1% milk, 3 strips turkey bacon
L: 5 ozs baked "jerk" chicken breast (well known commercial brand....won't be buying again), steamed broccoli with lemon
S: protein shake made w/coffee, 2 tbsp half&half
D: 5 ozs lean beef burger on sandwich thin with mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, and 1/4 dill pickle, 1/2 grilled chorizo sausage link
