Early Morning:  2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer

B:  Atkins protein bar

S:  Cinnamon Twist doughnut...evil doughnut lol, banana

L:  Lean Cuisine entrée, apple

S:  Unjury protein shake

D:  Going to Tumbleweed, it’s date night.  I don’t know yet what I will order but I need to keep it light.

S:  none

TOTALS:   So far… 1265 Calories, 96g Protein

I messed up this morning when a co-worker offered me a doughnut.  Besides that I’m having a good day.  I hope you all have a great weekend.  God bless!
