B: Dannon lite and fit cherry greek yogurt with a bannana
S: Pure protein bar
L: Homeade chicken cashew salad in lettuce wraps, Pear, Fun size hershey bar
S: Dannon lite and fit vinillia greek yogurt with 1/2 blackberries
D: Turkey with Mashed potatoes and gravy and peas.
S: one bite of a brownine and SF and FF hot chocolate with skim milk
Workout 35 minute jog and 15 minutes weights.
In a seminar all this week, each day they serve meals, it's a challenge, but here's today:
B: yogurt, looked and tasted like greek with fresh berries (avoided all the sugary/carb additions, yay me)
S: 1/2 quest bar I brought because it was muffins/cookies at the table
L: the turkey sandwich meat out of the sandwich (threw out the bread), 4 slices cantaloupe melon - it wasn't enough protein to keep me satisfied but it was the only sandwich left that I could identify the meat, looked like the others were tuna/chicken salad like things, so I didn't partake. 1/2 cup squash soup
S: 1/2 quest bar - again their choices were cookies, muffins and scones with butter/honey! (sheesh, ever hear of cheese and veggies catering people!!)
D: spinach salad - we could choose our own toppings: 1 boiled egg, about 1 oz goat cheese, shredded carrots
It's 8:30 pm and I'm a bit hungry so I'll likely do a piece of cheese now and call it a night.
I'm pretty proud of myself, at one time I would have filled this wee little pouch with as much as I could, even if it was muffins and cakes

I ordered new vits and such from drugstore.com this weekend and received it all today, at least a week before the quoted date. First time I've ordered my supplements (except protein) online. Saved a fortune!
I'm tired tonight after running around all day. I did get my evening recumbent bike workout in, 32 minutes covering 4 miles. I felt great afterward, and planned another tonight but didn't get around to it. Today I ate:
B: 1/2 c eggbeaters, 3 strips turkey bacon, sandwich thin w/2 tsps butter
S: 1 c sliced fresh strawberries
L: 2 ozs low sodium deli ham, 3 ozs leftover grilled sirloin slices
S: protein shake made w/coffee and 2 tbsp half&half, 1/2 oz natural almonds
D: 6 oz turkey burger w/grilled onions (no bun) mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, small cup Taco Bell pintos and cheese
Got in all of my water plus some. Hope everyone has a restful night.
