Back On Track Together

Ok....I only missed posting yesterday...not the end of the world BUT.....I do know me and if I don't continue to hold myself accountable by posting to all of you daily, I will fail.  I will unconciously decide that no one really knows what I'm doing so I just can't do it today, can't make myself walk today...and then I'll be off the wagon again!! So folks, here I am folks, I did oversleep yesterday but I still walked before work!! I just didn't have time to post!!  I got up again this morning and walked too!!  Wonderful day.  

I have stayed on track, still eating good food choices and staying under 1300 calories daily!  Enjoying the sunshine and my husband.  We even took a walk outside together.  I have to say, it's a wonderful life!

 

Today is a light day.,,.yogurt for breakfast, Turkey unwich for lunch, apple with yogurt for a snack and 3 oz of new york strip steak with a salad.  Yummy!  After I add up those calories, we'll see what else I can have!
