been out of control the past few weeks

I am just posting to say I have a had a hard time food wise lately. I know it is the RH - I am so busy at work, skipping meals, then I eat too much when I do eat, craving sugar badly to feel human again. I am posting this AM to be accountable and let you know what I am eating today:
protein shake
protein shake
grilled chicken breast
protein shake
not sure - will be on road - maybe chicken out of chicken sandwich (grilled)
Water, Vitamins.

I hear you. Im the same way JUST OUT OF CONTROL. Im trying to get back in the groove again but I go a couple of days just great and then without even thinking it all goes bad. Trying to get back into my exercise but same thing, just can seem to get my groove back!! I would like to see a shopping list also, maybe something I didnt think of will help me
