Back On Track Together
WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY!!
Getting up at 5 am is not difficult for me. I am lucky in that I have no children to deal with. There are some advantages to being 60 yr's old. Up at first alarm buzz no hitting the snooze for me. Make the coffee and lite the wood stove before hitting the treadmill for 30 minutes. Hubby gets up then and we sit in the hot tub for 30 minutes enjoying the serenity of being outside in the morning. After that, it's get dressed, pack up my breakfast, lunch and snack and head to work! I feel so much better and my day goes faster too! Haven't decided what I'm going to have for dinner tonite, hubby and I haven't discussed it but I have plenty of room left in my 1300 calories I've only had approximately 400 calories today, protein smoothie, a apple, green leafy salad and celery for snack. YahhoooooOOOOooooo, I'm on a roll ;)
