Dagne....That is wonderful!  Even if you weren't 100%, you still made progress, you were accountable, and that's what counts.

Tess and Angela....Have you ever tried the Proscore 100 or Pure Whey Protein Stack  shakes?  Those are the ones I've always used, but Stack  tastes a lot better to me.  How do they compare to the Unjury, if you can make a comparison?  I'd like to try it.  BTW, just received my third shipment of Quest bars.   Having one for lunch or should I say snack since I just ate "breakfast/brunch" at 12:30 pm.

Iris....Every time you mention that chicken recipe, I tell myself I'm gonna make it.  Maybe tomorrow night.  VERY thoughtful of you and your co-workers to honor her birthday like that.

As usual, I'll post my meals later tonight.  Trying to get most of my water in early.  Have a great day!

Hi Shelia:

I have not tried the pure whey protein stack shakes but the Unjury Chocolate Splendor shakes with water taste just like a yoohoo to me in the bottle.  They also mix really well in pudding, soups and my loaded shakes (bananas, peanut butter, kitchen sink)....

Sounds yummy.  Do you make the banana oat cookies or do you buy them?

I make them.

1 C oatmeal

2 very ripe bannanas

3Tbsp unsweetened coconut

cinnimon to taste

Mush the banannas and mix all of the ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes. Then form into cookies on a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

It tastes like Bannana bread!

Sounds like something I'd like to try.  I'm low-carbing for the most part, but one here or there shouldn't hurt, and they sound like something my 5yr old granddaughter would eat.  She loves bananas.

Good evening, or should I say good morning BOTT friends,

It's after 1 a.m. and I just got home from a visit with my mom.  I knew I should've gotten my exercise done before leaving home, but I didn't so tonight's bike workout will have to be left undone.  I will make up for it tomorrow though.  It's late and I'm tired, so here goes:

B:  egg salad with bacon bits on 1/2 sandwich thin

S:  Light & Fit yogurt, 1/2 oz natural almonds

L:  4 ozs KFC grilled chicken thigh (skin removed),  grilled asparagus

S:  1 large apple

D:  6 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin w/1 thin slice swiss cheese, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, dill pickle slices

Good night, and sweet dreamzzzz!

Hi all

Question for you Tess.  I notice your food list is like all protein bars and shakes.  Do you have good results with your weight loss on just eating that?  I hear a lot of people complaining that the bars can sometimes stale there weight loss.  So do you keep up weight loss with eating them?   Im trying to find something to get me back on track.  So how many calories is that for you a day?
