Yes, I'm still fooling April! Got myself up out of bed this morning and did my walkiing! Feels so good to meet a daily goal! I refuse to allow April to make a fool out of me. Today, I had a banana black berry smoothie for breakfast, nice salad with fat free ranch dressing for lunch, an apple for a snack and a few sticks of celery to munch in the afternoon. Tonight's dinner will be roast turkey breast, 4 oz serving with greenbeans. I'll even have room for my before bed snack of cheese and crackers! Gotta be a calorie counter and stay under 1300!
I'll be honest, I don't care about the amount of weight I loose, that is a side bonus, I just want to feel great! The first thing I noticed once I stopped eating the wrong foods, is how I don't feel "stuffed" "bloated" and "sleepy". I'm noticing that through out the day since I've been getting up and walking, I have alot more energy! Those are the things I'm focusing on daily. MY FEELINGS! After all, I am now in the "Live to Live" mode. :)

They said that clean eating makes you feel so much better and I am a firm believer of that. Anytime I eat heavy, fat or full of sugar, I am sluggish the rest of the day and don't want to do much of anything. When I eat righ****ch my carbs and take my vitamins, I am full of energy and I still lose weight too. Keep up your Live to Live mode. You are doing great!
