Good Morning Botters:

 

It is a lovely day in my neighborhood this morning but rain is on the forecast for this evening, again.....My eats for today are:

 

Breakfast:   Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Cookie Dough Bar (love them)

Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Protein Shake

Dinner:  Large Protein Shake

Snack:  Vitatop

 

Have a great Tuesday and remember those vits and fluids.

Good Morning!!! I've got my morning vitamins in. Sipping the decaf iced tea as I type. It's going to be a good day. I've got sunshine, flowers, birds singing and oh yeah....POLLEN. Gotta love spring allergy season. I think everything in my house is covered with a fine layer of greenish dust. I HATE DUSTING!!! But I guess all the extra housework counts as additional exercise so it's a trade off.

David & The kiddos are all on Spring break this week. It made it really hard to get up and leave them all in bed this morning. At least yesterday the dog got up for her normal morning routine. This morning...nothing. The beast couldn't even grunt at me.

Wake Up:  Protein Bar

Commute: coffee

Breakfast: Scrambled egg w/ cheese in a tortilla

Lunch:   Tuna Salad & Whole wheat crackers

snack:    apple & peanut butter

Dinner:    Chuck Roast & Green beans

Gotta keep that carb monster at bay.

Don't you think it should be mandatory that when the kids are out for spring break that the parents should be too?  I tried to explain this to my boss but it was a no go as if I was talking to a wall....

Hi Everyone.  I love Unjury Chocolate Spendor protein shakes but I'm not big on protein bars.  I eat them occasionally and I've tried several brands and flavors.  The Quest Apple was one of the better one's I've tried and there are a couple of Atkins that taste okay.  I hope everyone has a blessed day.  Here is my eats for today...

Early Morning:  2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer

B:  Unjury Protein Shake, Banana

S:  Apple

L:  Salad with roast turkey breast, 2 TBS. French dressing

S:  Unjury Protein Shake

D:  Not sure yet but I have 515 calories left in my daily budget.

S:   ?

TOTALS:  So far…  945 Calories, 81g Protein

Good Morning! This lovely spring feels like a good time to start over. There are baby leaves on my apple tree, violets peeping through the fence, and daffodils in my tiny flowerbed. That's a clue, right? As long as we're livin', we can start fresh.

Food today:

10:30: Coffee with real half and half

1:30:  Boiled egg and blueberries

3:30:  1/2 Protein shake

6:00  1/2 protein shake

6:30 Hula class!

8ish: 5 oz chicken breast, zucchini

10:30  Help!!!!! I swear, I'll drink the protein cocoa first, before the cravings take over. I dread night.

Night time used to be my cookie time. Now I try and avoid the kitchen once I've cleaned up after dinner. I'll fix me something to drink and then make a huge production out of setting up the coffee pot for the next morning. Putting away the dsh towel and then finally turning out the light. If I absolutely get the munchies that changing rooms, changing activities or drinking my drink just won't settle then I'll go to the freezer for a sf popsicle or a piece of fruit from the counter.

I forgot about sf popsicles. Icy things haven't been well-tolerated by La Pouchette, but maybe this summer she'll appreciate them more.

I ought to check myself into some kind of institution at night. Nothing seems to stop me.
