I'm fooling April!
I did it. Officially fooled April 1st this year. Started it off by getting up at 5 am, weighed in to start this month off at 229 lbs and walked for 30 minutes at 2 mph! Followed that walk with a soak in the hot tub for relaxing quiet meditation before dressing for work. Had a yummy blackberry vanilla yogurt smoothie for breakfast, banana for midmorning snack, delicious tuna salad with sesame asian dressing, apple for a mid afternoon snack,for dinner tonite, a hamburger patty with a serving of green beans and topping off the day with cheese and crackers with my bed time meds. Total calories will be right at 1300. This lady fooled the day and stayed on track!
