My goodness: I thought I had posted this morning. I hope everybody is enjoying their Easter holiday. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Dinner: Bacon and eggs
Snack: Vitatop

Just checking in to post my eats for today. Feeling better since my fall yesterday, but not well enough to use my recumbent bike yet. Hopefully I'll be able to incorporate some much needed exercise soon. Today I ate:
B: protein shake made w/coffee, 1 tbsp. half&half
L: 1 c tuna salad, 1 c brussels sprouts with 2 tsps parmesan (yes, I know it's an odd combination, brussels sprouts and tuna salad)
S: SF vanilla pudding (4ozs), 1 oz vanilla almonds
S: KFC grilled chicken thigh (medium, skin removed), dill pickle spear
D: 5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, mustard, lettuce, tomato, dill chips, 1/2 small Taco Bell pintos and cheese
