Good morning! I posted in the Welcome to the group title but wanted to say hi here as we'll.
pick had my RNY on July 26,2007 and need to get back on track and I am so happy I happened upon this group. I have been reading posts from everyone and all the support you have for each other is great!
I have about 40 pounds I want to lose.....again. My highest was 301 my lowest was 158 and currently I am 203. I would like to be at about 163 and I am ready to do it!!!
Welcome to BOTT Amy. So glad that you found us. You can lose that 40 lbs. again. Just up your proteins, reduce your carbs, drink plenty of fluids and take your vitamins. Find something cardio that you like to do and it will help burn that weight off faster than diet along. I started at 307 and lost down to 155, regain back to 225 and relost again back to 155. I am bouncing right now between 155-159. My safety net. So I am living proof that you can lose regain after WLS. So glad to have you aboard.
Hi, Amy...I just joined this group in Feb, and it is so amazing. The support and encouragement here is phenomenal! I started at 344, lost down to 167 and ended up at 238. Joined BOTT at that weight and I am now at 220 and losing.
I look at Tess' accomplishments with her regain as hope for me and others. I know it can be done, and I will do it too!
