Good evening BOTT friends,
Long day today. Awake until 3 am this morning, slept 2 hrs, then awake again at 5 and have been running ever since. Well, not exactly running, but busy. Had to visit my PCP this afternoon unexpectedly for what I thought was a fever blister on my lower cheek, but then I noticed a large lump on the underside of my chin that was painful to the touch.
She said it "could" be a fever blister and swollen lymph node, but she's worried about it because it could also be a staph infection, and that's not good. So it's antibiotics for the next 10 days, and the procedure which was scheduled for my back tomorrow has been rescheduled to April due to the possibility that I may be harboring a bug. It's always something.
But it's time to wind down and enjoy my late night tv shows, so I'll get to the point and post my meals for today. Today I ate:
B: protein bar and 6 almonds
S: 4 ozs Activia Light yogurt, 1 thin slice deli ham
L: homemade meatball w/marinara "sub" on sandwich thin with 2 tbsp grated parmesan
S: protein shake made with almond milk
D: 6 ozs roast chicken, sauteed spinach
Now to work on my water intake and watch tv. Sweet dreamzzzz to all!
