Guess What! We may be getting snow this evening. In some areas 2-4 inches. I guess this is old man winter making his last stand to spring. Did I tell you that I am so ready for sandals, shorts and tees? Please give me summer........My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Turkey and Crackers
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Steak Taco
Snack: Vitatop
I had my visit to the PS doctor yesterday and he did my new nudie shots. It is so weird to undress in front of your husband and your doctor at the same time and then go pose in front of the blue screen. My doctor is very professional in taking these pre surgery photos but I never thought in my life time that I would pose nude for a man unless I was married to him. Oh well, it is all part of getting your body back to where you want it.

Good Morning!! I've been up and hustling since early, early, early this morning. The calendar may say spring but nobody told the thermometer. Oh well, once I haul my summer wardrobe out I don't want to have to bring out any long sleeve stuff so I'll take it (for now).
Commute: Coffee!!! Coffee!! Coffee!!
Breakfast: Oatmeal
snack: 1/2 apple w/ peanut butter
Lunch: Leftover chicken casserole
snack: protein shake or Bar (got options for both at soccer game this afternoon)
dinner: Wendy's chili & small side salad

This week I am in Ca. Anaheim. Trade show early this week and today and tomorrow - Disneyland.... Back home on Saturday.
Food wise I am doing OK. The drinks are the issue. Way too much beer and wine so far. But... I am having fun, and drinking allows me to eat real food, and digest that. Last night I had shrimps and more shrimps. And 1/2 glass of wine.
The hotel has a great buffet with real eggs ... And I take nuts as snack with me... .. Till next week.

S Quest bar (hmmmm...chocolate brownie, banana muffin, chocolate chip cookie dough?)
