The frozen Wisconsin tundra is still frozen. More snow today and tomorrow. Thursday is the first day of spring and it looks like we will hit above freezing every day after that. Welcome back to your son, thanks to the Navy guy, hope the mom feels better soon. good luck with the RH and lit ooks like everyone eats so much better than me. It is what it is though and I try to eat healthy food...just too much of it (I know). I am slowly losing though and not gaining anymore. I am moving a lot of the day. Maybe as I weigh less I will be able to eat less too. Tri

I posted yesterday's meals this morning since there was no C&C on Sunday. Here are today's:
B: 1 egg and 1/2 c eggbeaters, 2 tbsp bacon bits, 1 sandwich thin with 2 tsps butter
S: 1 cucumber with vinegar, S&P
S: protein bar
L: 2 1/2 ozs smoked turkey, brussels sprouts
D: 6 ozs beef/turkey meatballs in marinara sauce with 1 tbsp grated parmesan
