Hi Trudy! Good for you!! I am almost in the same boat as you! I went from 450# down to 243.  Then after about year 2 post ENY I started to slowly creep up. Food tasted good again and I could eat sweets without dumping (most times anyhow) I never craved sweets like I did after I had this surgery. So that part was new for me.  However, I believe getting off track by eating and drinking with my meals was one of my biggest enemies!!

I am working on just not having any beverages near me when I eat my meals!  I am starting out slow again, I never was a huge exercise fan so walking it is for me for starters.  I suffer with lower leg lymphedema which got better with weight loss but has come back some since my regain. I am currently at 295#.

I don't want to throw away this gift of a second chance I have been lucky enough to have been given.  Perhaps we can all help each other?  I guess this is the purpose of Kathy and her BOTT's right?

Hang in there! I will try too and keep us posted.  I think accountability is very important.  I am re-joining a local weigh****chers group not so much for the meal plan as for the accountability.  Thanks!!  Molly P.
