Good Afternoon Botts:
I have been slaving in my yard most of the day removing gigantic bushes and replacing with smaller compacted ones. My son's flight is two hours late and will not be arriving until around 8:00 PM tonight, Bummer!!! My eats have been mostly protein bars today with half of a turkey sandwich. I hope the rest of you are doing okay today. Chat with you later.
Good evening BOTT friends,
Slow day for me today, but that was all good. Stayed in bed with meds on board for my back pain. Watched a few movies, and got some reading done. Today I ate:
B: protein bar
S: protein shake, 1 oz natural almonds
L: 3 ozs sardines, 1 cup brussels sprouts with 1 tsp. grated parmesan
D: 6 oz burger on sandwich thin with 1 sl baby swiss cheese, 1 tbsp ketchup, mustard and 2 tsps pickle relish, side salad with 1 tbsp bacon bits, 1 tbsp feta and 1 tbsp Greek dressing
S: protein bar

busy busy busy. We had a wonderful weekend but I felt the best Saturday that I've felt in a very long time. Sunshine, good eats, lots of activity and FAMILY time.
Breakfast: 1 wheat toast, 1 egg over easy & 2 sausage links
Lunch: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat, dill pickle and an apple
Dinner: Grilled chicken, asparagus, baked beans & stuffed sweet potato
LOTS and LOTS of decaf iced tea.
Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
