Good Morning Botts:

 

It is going to be a lovely 72 degrees today and the sun is shining.  I have been so light deprived lately, it feels good to my face.  And, the best part is that I am going to be out in it for most of the day supervising landscaping.  I love my job!!!  My eats for today:

 

Breakfast:  PB Quest Bar

Snack:  Protein Shake

Lunch:  Chocolate Quest Bar

Snack:  Protein Shake

Dinner:  Chicken Spaghetti

Snack:  Vitatop

 

So looking foward to my son coming home tomorrow.  He was so excited last night, they met the Duchess of Belgium at the wishing fountain in the Piazza.  He got his picture made with her.  I guess he was "rubbing elbows" with Royalty.  I can't wait to give him a big hug when I see him.

Remember those vits today and drink plenty of fluids today too.  Have a great one!

I'm right there with you on the sunshine. It's been deceptive here the past few days...very sunny but CHILLY. I hope to be outside in it this weekend. It's supposed to be GORGEOUS.

Today's plan looks something close to this:

Wake up:   Protein Bar

commute:  Coffee w/ 2 splenda and ff French Vanilla creamer

Breakfast:  1/2 scrambled egg with cheese burrito (froze the rest for Mon.)

Lunch:  (1/2)    Ham w/ pepper jack cheese on multigrain with half an apple

snack: the other half of my sandwich & apple

Dinner:  Grilled Pork Chops & Green beans

lns:     2 graham crackers with skim lactose milk

We're helping some family members move furniture tonight and that will count as my workout for the day. It will certainly be cardio.

When I built our last house, the builder wanted to know why I was putting in so many windows.  I told him I had to have light.  It just makes me feel good...I hope you get some of the warm temps your way.  It is an awesome day here!

I need sunshine - when there is no sun I get SAD and lots of issues, including headaches. that's why I had to move away from Montreal Canada.

I'm just the opposite....I need doom and gloom, lol.  I love rain, especially thunderstorms and those days with a steady cold rain.  And then there's snow, which we just don't see much of anymore.  I am so jealous of Tri :)

Good evening BOTT friends,

 

For the first time since I joined this site, and after doing the 5 day pouch test, I have found myself in a grazing mood.  I am absolutely certain it's due to some issues I've been going through over the last couple of days.  They came to a head today, and I have found myself standing in my kitchen more than I wanted to.

So far, I have been true to my eating plan, and I have no desire or cravings for sweets....I just found myself eating for no real reason.  I am NOT hungry, I am constipated, and I need to concentrate on getting my water in.  I am posting early tonight, because I don't plan on eating anything else, but if I do, it will be all protein.  That, I have no doubt about.

Today I ate:

 

B:  protein bar

S:  1 grapefruit, 1 oz natural almonds

L:  eggbeaters omelet with bacon bits, 2 ozs ground turkey, 1 tbsp cheese and 1 sandwich thin

S:  Light & Fit yogurt

S:  3 oz turkey burger with 1/2 oz cheese, mustard, ketchup and dill pickle spear

S:  protein shake

 

This should be my meal plan for the entire day, but I haven't eaten dinner yet.  I don't guess another protein meal would do much harm, or maybe a small green salad since I am sorely lacking in vegetables this week.
