Tess said she'd be off line this weekend. I'm having a great day and felt the need to post for accountability (so I won't overdo it at dinner and then have to edit my post......I hate having to edit my food logs)
Today has been absolutely gorgeous here on the East Coast. Still a little cool out but it has felt wonderful to be outside and bask in the sunshine. My oldest son came home for the weekend so I've had both my boys and their girlfriends with me most all day. We've done some yardwork for my Mom and some maintenance work on the tractor and the mower to get ready for the spring. The girls and I even managed a trip to the nail salon for pedicures and some eyebrow waxing. All in all it's been a wonderful day.
Breakfast: Bacon, egg & cheese sandwich on whole wheat toast
Lunch: 1 slice of Supreme thin crust pizza and a canned coke zero
Dinner: Shepherds Pie & pineapple upside down cake.
I know it's higher in carbs than I would normally do BUT there have been no snacks and my portions are incredibly small. If I manage to stay awake for SNL tonight then I'll probably make myself a protein shake or pudding as a late night snack while David has a milkshake. If I hit the button on the milkshake both the dog and the boyfriend come scrambling into the kitchen looking for treats.

Iris, I felt the same need to post and for the same reason. Today I ate:
B: 6" Subway steak, egg white and cheese sandwich on 9 grain bread
L: leftover shredded chicken, peppers and onions in marinara with 1 slice baby swiss cheese
S: protein shake
D: 1 cup tuna salad on lettuce
S: 1 medium apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Sweet dreamzzzz to all!
B: egg beaters, rf cheese, turkey 120
S: mini bagel and cream cheese and an orange 270
L: chicken and 1/2 oz cheese, pasta and a couple chips, raw veggies and cole slaw 430
S: nut crunch bar 200
D: salad, chicken sausage, 1 cup pasta, Greek yogurt 600
S: veggie soup, chicken sausage, ff popcorn 300
