Good evening fellow BOTTs,
One thing about posting before you actually eat is that you might change your menu. I plan my menu, but don't usually post until I've finished eating for the day. Last night I posted that I had eaten 1/2 of a Wendy's Berry Almond Chicken Salad. Well, I guess depending on your climate, don't rush to Wendy's to get one because they aren't in season, and won't be until around June (according to a local manager).
I went to the fridge to get it last night (my daughter bought it for me yesterday and I hadn't seen it) and it was the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad. My mouth was jus****ering for the strawberries and blueberries in the berry almond salad, but the apple pecan was wonderful. So I ate half of that.
Today I ate:
B: 1 egg plus 1 egg white scrambled and 2 ozs grilled chicken
L: other half of the apple pecan chicken salad, 4 bbq pork rinds
S: protein shake
D: grilled chicken breast shredded into marinara sauce with sauteed onions, peppers and parmesan
Working on completing my water now. Sweet dreamzzzzz everybody!
