I got up 15 minutes late today, did not get my coffee and could not remember where I left my keys. Ugh! It will be okay even though it is cold as a bear's butt outside, not that I have been close enough to see how cold a bear's butt is, but I bet if it is outside then it is COLD!!! My eats for today are:
Breakfast:-----------------------------------------
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Smoke Turkey on Crackers
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Steak quesadilla
Snack: Vitatop
Snack: Protein Shake
Exercise: I am packing up my son for his trip to Italy over Spring Break. He is going on one of the EF Tours and is so excited. Have a great day my friends and don't forget your vitamins and fluids, they keep us entergized!
Good morning Tess and Botts:
I'm early posting today! Yeah!! We are expecting another storm tonight, lots of wind and some accumulating snow (not really sure how much) but as long as it's not another blizzard, that will be okay! The blizzard did a number on our state!! Everyone is fearing snow now! LOL!!
My eats for today:
Coffee (2) 12 oz. cups with 2 pkts each raw sugar, and about 2 tbsp of 2% milk in each cup.
BREAKFAST: 1/3 cup of cooked oatmeal, with cinnamon, 1 splenda packet, and 1/4 cup of 2% milk
LUNCH: Muscle Milk Protein Shake (not the light, I ran out) but this is okay too! 25 grams of Protein, 5 baby carrots
SNACK: BOILED EGG, 1/2 banana
DINNER: Eggs, scrambled (1 whole egg, with 2 egg whites), cheese cracker cuts 2 oz.
WATER: FLAVORED WITH CRYSTAL LIGHT AND VITAMINS

I love to look at snow and I don't mind a day of snow but I do not want to see it every week. I don't know how y'all do it. I would truly be a hermit. I keep seeing your oatmeal and now I am thinking of having oatmeal for lunch instead of smoked turkey. Maybe I will have both..... Have a great day!
I hope your area wasn't hit too hard. My little Wisconsin town had more than predicted...again! I can't believe there is any snow left for you guys. It must have picked up moisture going over the great lakes. We have so much snow that Tess' bear's butt would be buried in it. My dog is almost 100 lbs. and she is struggling in the back yard. Thank God for 4 wheel drive and snow blowers! Tri
It's sunny and 35 and by Sunday up to 50 maybe. And then it goes back down to the 40's but that's okay, the snow went south and east for a change. Hope that those of you that did get it are safe and warm.
My eats today are:
B: cheesy eggs and salsa
S: none
L: burger with lettuce and mustard in a pita half
D: 1 cup of rigs in meat sauce and small slice garlic bread
S: banana and T peanut butter

Good Morning Botts
I have been uber busy since Monday noon. Never reported the results of my doctor's appt.
I started getting back on track 6 weeks ago and have lost 22 pounds. I am now going to try to extend my eating plan. I will eat less bars and shakes and add a meal. If this does not work well, as in eating a little ends up being eating a lot, I will go back to my protein routine. I now only have to see my doctor every 2 weeks instead of every week.
Yesterday I had 3 protein shakes or bars and a few peanuts and a hamburger at the rodeo.
Today I will go back to shakes because the hamburger came with chips an I ate them.
So today
Breakfast crispy vanilla bar
lunch protein pudding
snack protein shake
dinner soup
snack pass unless I crave a wee little cheese
Getting my hair cut at noon then laundry and packing for my weekend trip.
