Back On Track Together
join us on Monday, March 11th for 5 Day Pouch Test
It would have been cool to post on here but it took a minute to get membership here and so I posted on the WLS Grads forum before being approved so I have to keep this post for the 5 Day pouch test there.
Please join us. Read all the info you can on the 5 day pouch test and try to watch all of Kaye Bailey's videos on youtube. It would be wise to get your soup prepared if you I'll be using. I have a ton of pumpkin turkey sausage soup in my freezer - it's delish! I want to make Protein jello so I've got to look for powder egg whites.
It would be cool to get at least a handful of people to do this together. Again, it's on the grads forum. Maybe we'll do beyond day 5 if we get some followers.
All the info you need is on www.5daypouchtest.com
Let's do this!!!
Best, Layla
I wish you luck on your pouch test. A few of us just finished doing it so will have to cheer you on from the sidelines. I didn't do the pouch test. I went back to a liquid protein food plan with the inclusion of protein bars when I was out running errands and not home to prepare the liquids. I have just completed 6 weeks of doing that and will now add one small meat and veggies meal each day.
Keep posting your experiences with the test and good luck to you. Of course there is no luck involved.....just hard work.
I lost 22 pounds. I did this under a doctor's supervision with weekly weigh-ins and very nutritionally dense protein sold by my doctor. Center for Medical Weight Loss is the name of the program. The doctor is my gyn. I am continuing with his program but doing a modified version with visits every 2 weeks. I gained 65 pounds this last year and just didn't care at the time. too much stress in my life at the time.
