I just don't see "new topic"  anywhere.  I looked at the bott welcome page and at the top of others' posts.  I must be blind.

Go back one page from this one. Towards the top and just before the blue highlighted OH forum threads there should be a gray highlighted box on the left side of the page that says "new topic".

Hi Linda:

You may be looking to high up.  Do you see the green colored "back on track together" header?  Under that, is a line that has the word highlighted in blue, "discussion" in italic font.  Click on discussion and it takes you back one page and there in a block box is the word "new topic" click on that.  Hope this helps.

It's a BEAUTIFUL day in Northeastern North Carolina...the sun is shining but the wind has a definite bite to it. It's looking like it's going to be another hectic work week. Haven't stopped since I walked in the door this morning.

I started freaking out around lunch time...."OMG. OMG. OMG I haven't had my first glass of tea yet!!! I'm behind schedule." The girls I work with think I'm a complete NUT job. We play the drinking game at work to make sure we all get enough water. When one of us cusses - everybody has to take a drink. Some days I fake turrets syndrome just to make sure we drink. Whatever works is my motto.

Commute: Coffee w/ 2 splenda and french vanilla creamer
Breakfast: 1/2 Bagel with Cream Cheese (then more coffee)
lunch: Peanut Butter Protein Bar
snack: Fiber One Brownie
Dinner: Ham & Vegetable Soup

Good afternoon Tess and Botts:

Well, I'm a lot later than usual posting but had lots of work to make up since I was sick with the stomach bug last week.  I feel tons better, but Tess you were so right about RNYers go down fast if they don't drink and eat. It took a lot of work to get back up to speed with everything, and I'm still not there with the water. I've been drinking Muscle Milk light, during this phase to try to bring my nutrition up and protein up while my appetite comes back. Also, it helps with the fluid quotient too.

Eats today:

PRE: 2 cups of coffee, 1 pkt of raw sugar each, 1/4 cup of milk

BREAKFAST:  1/3 cup of cooked oatmeal w/Splenda (1) and 1/2 cup of 2% milk

LUNCH: 14oz. Muscle Milk Light, Chocolate, and 1 Bosc pear

IN BETWEEN: 1 oz. of cracker cuts cheese, sharp cheddar

DINNER: 1/2 cup of Pinto Beans (cooked) and 1/3 cup of whole grain brown rice.

SNACK: FLUIDS, AND MAYBE ANOTHER MUSCLE MILK

Have a blessed day all!

Hi Scherrie:

So glad you are feeling better.  It does take awhile to get back 100% but you have a great start on your menu today.  I hope everyday is a little bit better.  Take care.

You did fine and everyday will get a little better.  We are all going to have those days where we fall off the wagon "lots" but the important thing is we get back on and keep trying.  We only fail when we don't try.  Have a great Tuesday!
