Good Morning Botters:

 

Happy Monday Morning.  I have hit the road running and haven't stop yet.  It is going to be a delicious 65 degrees here today so I plan to get in a long walk this afternoon.  My eats for today are:

 

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Protein Shake

Lunch:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Protein Shake

Dinner:  Quest Brownie Bar

Snack:  Quest Apple Bar

 

The Quest chocolate chip cookie dough bars are awesome.  I ordered a box for my daughter and I kept two to sample.  They were delicious!  I will be ordering more next month.  Have a great day and remember those vits and fluids.

Good morning Tess and those to follow:

It will be warm here today, high is supposed to be 79.  Drop again tomorrow but still be in the 60's all week.

I had a good time with my fellow female high school grads Saturday.  I ate a grilled seafood salad so I think I did okay calorie wise but it was a little salty.  I also had some boudin but other than that it was protein shakes and bars.  I still have some swelling so I still have a little fluid.  I has been better but it has also been much worse.  So it is what it is.  I weigh in at my doctor's today and see what the scale says.

 

Eats for today

breakfast  - crispy vanilla protein bar

lunch          chocolate RTD protein drink

snack         a few almonds

dinner        protein pudding

 

I have chorale rehearsal tonight so 3 hours of singing just before bedtime.  I will need a sleep aid tonight.

I love hearing when you have warm weather because I know eventually it will make it over to Mississippi too.  Can't wait to get back in the 70's. Good luck at the doctor's office today.

Good Morning Tess and BOTTSERS:

Today it will be 85 here in Central Texas, but tomorrow a "cold front"  is coming through -- 70 for the high.  We don't need an early summer. We are a several years into a drought.  I too love the Choc Chip cookie dough Quest bar.

Todays plan:

B - scrambled eggs and cheese

L - Turkey patty with red peppers & onions

D - Steak & grilled shrimp, cauliflower

S - Quest Bar and cheese stick

Vitamins, water and exercise all good
