It is a cold, cold morning here in the south. I so enjoyed my mexican chicken chili last night and we have some leftovers for lunch today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Cookie dough bar (Yummy)
Lunch: Mexican chicken chili
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Dinner: Beef Taco
Snack: Vitatop
Looking forward to a lazy day and a visit from my daughter later in the afternoon. Have a great day and remember those vits and fluids.
Happy Sunday to all of you. It's cold and light snow going on here. Going to Birthaday party for our leap year baby who is turning 1 or 1/4 however you want to look at it, LOL. He is such a cutie, It'll be fun. Had a wonderful time at the baby shower and got to meet my new great, great niece, who is beautiful of course and has more hair than I do! My eats are kind of crazy this weekend so I'm just gonna do my best to keep the damage to a minimum. And tomorrow my sister is having cake for my brother in law who's birthday is actually Sunday but because of the baby's birthday party decided to celebrate his birthday on Monday. So I'm not weighing myself til Friday!!!

Good morning Botts. I am glad that today is Sunday, a new day and a new week. I am starting new today! Quite frankly I am tired of starting over so I am going to try really hard to stay on trac****il I accomplish my goal. For some reason lately I have been having sugar drops,I had one at 2:30 in the morning last night. That is the worst feeling in the world to me. I will also be walking today for atleast 30 minutes. I hope everyone has a good day.

I've gotten in my daily meds and the a.m. portion of my vitamins. Struggling to get all of my fluids in that'll be back to normal tomorrow.
Wake Up: 1 regular coffee with 2 Splenda and half and half.
Breakfast: Protein Bar & decaf tea
Lunch: Ham, baked beans & deviled egg
Dinner: Omelet & fruit
Dessert: Chocolate Protein Shake w/almond milk
Not sure if I like the almond milk or not. I've never had it but I had a double coupon and it was on sale.....CHEAP. I figure I can doctor up the taste if I need to.
