Good Morning Botts:
I slept in this morning and it was real nice. It is very cold outside and I plan to stay inside today if all possible. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Protein Shake
Snack: Protein Bar
Dinner: Mexican Chicken Chili
Snack: Protein Shake
I plan on organizing my closet today for exercise. Have a great day, take your vits and drink your fluids.
I am getting ready for my reunion lunch. It is cold here also but the sun is shining. I saw my mom yesterday and her conversations go in circles. Story one reminds her of story two then story two reminds her of story one. Over and over and over.......ya get the picture.
My eats for today are
Breakfast. Protein drink
Lunch. Grilled shrimp or fish
Snack. Pass
Dinner. Protein drink or bar
I intend to have a good time today hope everyone else does also.
Eats today are looking pretty good. I have to really remind myself to drink on the weekends.

Lunch: Cheeseburger with extra yummy veggies (tomatoes and sautéed onions)
snack: Green Grapes and strawberries
Dinner: Spaghetti Sauce
Dessert: Click shake
The kids are screaming for spaghetti. I hate the stuff. My pouch will not tolerate rice and pasta so I've learned to eat my sauce in a bowl like chili. It may look weird but it keeps me from having to cook 2 separate meals.

Thanks for verify the spaghetti sauce for dinner. I was wondering. I know how frustrating it can be to have to retype what you already typed. I do it all the time and cannot figure out what I am hitting on the keyboard to erase what I have typed. Let me know if you figure it out. Have a great Sunday.
