Good Morning Botts:
It is March 1st and we have snow flurries this morning. Is this for telling of a big snow to come in March? I hope not. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Mexican Chicken Chili
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
I am so cold today that I wish I had a second space heater for my backside. Exercise today will be shivering every 5 seconds. I hope to burn off a bunch of calories. Remember you vitamins today as always and drink, drink, drink. Have a wonderful Friday.

Since I was at work sick yesterday, I didn't make that mistake and go in today. Nice try Scherrie but the body won out!
I haven't had much to eat because my stomach and appetite just are not feeling too good.
Here's what my eats are today (hopefully):

BREAKFAST: MUSCLE MILK CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SHAKE - 25 GR PROTEIN
LUNCH: SCRAMBLED EGGS W/CHEESE

Tess, isn't it said that If March comes in like a lion, it's out like a lamb? And I did see my daffodils are up about 3 inches, YAY!!! Spring is definately in the air
My eats for today:
B: cheesy eggs with salsa
L: 6" steak sub from subway only eating half the bread
D: pizza, one slice and toppings from another
no snacks cause my meals are on the carby side today
I saw this thing on tv on the Talk about sugar being the cause of belly fat. I think the guys name is Jorje Cruise (not sure if I spelled that right) but he said
to keep your sugar grams less than 15 a day. So I'm switching my half and half from fat free to regular and I'm going to star****cing for the sugar in my foods and well as carbs and see if that makes a difference.
Going to a baby shower for Annabelle who is a month old on Sat. and a one year old birthday bash for baby Tavin. It will be a fun weekend but very challenging food wise.
Tess, I haven't been bragging about the ellipitacal workouts cause I hurt myself again so I gotta ease off for now but I WILL try again next week but go a bit easier.
Also will drink probably 4-5 coffees with reg half and half and work on my vites and water.

I wonder what sugar he was talking about? I can eat fructose in fruit and it doesn't bother me. Lactose in milk raises my blood sugar but I am not lactose intolerant. Gluctose in table sugar is horrible on my blood sugar. Starches are ok too but the more whole they are the better I am. The sugar in veggies I tolerate well also. I have to stay away from table sugar and high fructose corn syrup and I am ok. Alcohol does me in too. We all react differently I am sure. Tri

Good Morning Tess and BOTTS,
Cool here this morning (35) in Central Texas. But it will be perfect weather at 65 this afternoon. Before I forget, I ordered Quest Choc Chip Cookie bars and they arrived yesterday. They are really good. A little different texture than the Vanilla Almond or Choc Brownie, but so enjoyable!
My meals
B - Greek yogurt & homemade granola
L - Egg, cheese & salsa omelet
D - Bean & Cheese Chalupa, lettuce, tomatoes & salsa
Snacks - Quest Protein Bar & Almonds
Vitamins, water & exercise all on course for today!
