Morning Tess and Botts,

Yay March is tomorrow, spring is 21 day away! Now if someone would only tell Mother Nature that! Today's eats are going to be:

B: the usual cheesy eggs and salsa
S: none
L: salad from Wegmans probably a Chef
D: chicken and 1 biscut
S: cottage cheese and salsa

L: salad and beef stew 435

S: 2 clementines, turkey and rf cheese roll 150

S: veggie soup, grilled cheese sandwich (2 sl whole wheat bread, 1 sl rf cheese, Smart balance) 300

D: 4 oz. pork tenderloin, veggie soup and sandwich thin 335

S: nut chewy protein bar 200
